DESIGN PLANS
Design Plans are created using a 3D model and/or rendering software. Client receives a plan that includes a design concept, space plan, and product specifications. Design Plans are created for each room or area of the clients choosing and charged at our hourly design rate. Clients have the option of purchasing our recommendations or shopping on their own.
FULL Service - INTERIOR FURNISHINGS
Clients who want full service interior design receive a design plan for each room/area of their project + procurement of all products + installation. All purchasing is done through us. This category includes furniture selection, painting, window treatments, rugs, linens, and lighting but doesn’t include renovation.
RENOVATION + CONSTRUCTION
After initial meetings to establish a budget and scope, design concepts and drawings are provided for each area of the project. Once selections are approved and drawings are complete, the project is bid out to trusted general contractors. Client then has the option to hire one of our recommended contractors or bid the job out to a contractor of their choosing. These services are typically billed at our hourly design fee.
Custom Furnishings + Upholstery
After over a decade working in the industry, we have relationships with custom makers for lighting, furniture and upholstery.
